before taking to the stage to give a confident performance, earning
a respectable third place. Had he not talked for a little too long
then he might have even won this event! However, the rightful
winner was Edita Jonaityte, an independent barista with an obvious
passion for preparing Turkish coffee.
The four days spent watching these top-quality U.K. coffee
events in conjunction with the London Coffee Festival proved
epic, and we are nothing but impatient for next year's Festival to
roll around.
