PU LL: E V EN T S A THRILLING COFFEE FEST LATTE ART CHAMPIONSHIP WINNING A COFFEE FEST Latte Art Championship is no easy feat: There are 63 competitors to beat over the course of a white-knuckle weekend. The prize is worth the pressure: Not only do the winners of these international contests win the highest monetary prize in the industry—$2,500—but they also earn respect and standing among their peers that will last their entire careers. That honor was most recently won by Jennifer Hyesung Chun at the Coffee Fest Chicago event in June. This was Jennifer's second try at the Coffee Fest Latte Art Championship, having been eliminated in the very first round on her prior attempt. "To rebound from that experience and go all the way through the championship is a remarkable accomplishment," says David Heilbrunn, show manager for Coffee Fest.
