My all-time favorite addition to my café has been a Kegerator with cold
brew on tap. People love the Stumptown stubbies, and have always
shown excitement toward the beautiful branding and ability to take a
couple for later. But no other café supply has inspired the excitement
that the tap has. It always starts the same: "Whoa, bro! Is that beer
on tap!?" With a caffeine-induced smile, I respond, "No, no, no—this
is actually cold brew coffee on tap!" And their world is shattered—
minds are blown, taboos are broken, and jaws are dropped. I take
that opportunity to dump some cold brew down their faces and they
always come back for more! Amen for café aesthetics!
