Of course, the fact that the 10th annual Chinese Barista Championship took place during Expo Coffee & Tea was certainly part of the overall event's success. Sixteen competitors, each of whom had earned a spot by winning a regional in their city in the months prior, took the stage in a fierce battle for the coveted title. In the end, Hong Chao He was named the victor.
