No, seriously, this thing is both beautiful and functional. It can dispense still and sparkling water for optimal classy service at the espresso bar. Unlike most water draft arms, this dispenser has separate lines running internally, so you have the option of having two different beverages flowing from the same unit. And it doesn't just do water—you could really hook anything up to it. It's super versatile. In addition, you have the option of running a coolant like Glycol through a separate internal tubing network so your beverages come out nice and cold. You can also adjust the flow rate at the dispenser head, which I think is such a great touch. What do the baristas at Ultimo Coffee think of it? Well, considering our previous water dispenser snapped in two, and we were left without a convenient way to pour water for our guests for a few weeks, our staff is pretty pleased with it. It seems silly to get so excited over something so simple, but when something is so well built and looks great, it's hard not appreciate it. Plus, this means we now have sparkling water, which my staff is thrilled about. Apparently everyone loves bubbles. And the customer feedback? Ever yone is now well hydrated.
