The Yama Cold Drip Coffee Tower is a work of art which many café owners love to display
on their counters. "I honestly relax as I watch the coffee drip slowly, slowly, while I'm
waiting for my morning lae to get made," says Sarah Benne, a regular customer at
Case Study Coffee in Portland, Ore. "I'm super stressed when I'm on my way to work, and
this thing literally makes me feel more centered." Om moments aside, the tower measures
30 inches tall, 10 inches wide, and 9 inches deep, and produces six to eight cups of cold
coffee per batch.
