I want to be the potions master of the coffee world. Each coffee has
a unique flavor profile that I strive to highlight in my brewing recipes.
Then, to create a signature beverage that can complement those flavors
is terribly exciting! I'm always collecting more bottles for ongoing
experiments with honey infusions, essential oils, spices, reductions,
local fruits, extracts, bitters, liquid chocolates, and nut milks—there
are never enough bottles. I find that while I experiment, I drink a lot of
coffee! Having a reusable bottle around for tea or water serves as a
good reminder to stay hydrated, as well.
Where to find them: I usually recycle my olive oil, bourbon, and wine
bottles, or find them thrift shopping, but you can buy them in bulk online
through a few websites including www.specialtybottle.com.
