BELGIUM WINS IT AGAIN AT THE WORLD AEROPRESS CHAMPIONSHIP
A heated final round of the 2012 World AeroPress Championship resulted in Belgium winning top honors for yet another year: first prize, and the golden AeroPress, went to Charlene De Buysere of OR Coffee in Ghent, Belgium. Charlene had previously won the title of Belgium AeroPress Champion. In second place was Ingri Margrethe Johnsen of Solberg & Hansen in Oslo, Norway, who brought tap water from her Oslo apartment all the way to Portland to use in her finals performance. Third place went to Emil Eriksson of Johan & Nyström, in Stockholm, Sweden. AeroPress creator Alan Adler was on hand at the World AeroPress
Championship, which was held in Portland, Ore., at the Specialty Coffee Association of America's annual conference and expo, to award the gold, silver and bronze AeroPress trophies. Get the recipes for Charlene's and Ingri's famous AeroPresses,
