Ildi's community helped her build a café, but she quickly
realized she needed to learn how to make coff ee! She turned
to the Specialty Coff ee Association of America for resources,
but found that they didn't have the tools she needed, so she
began volunteering to teach, and was eventually hired to
manage education initiatives for the group.
