The
Burning Passion
• 2/3 oz (2cl) 1883 Red Passion Fruit syrup
• 6 chopped leaves of basil
• 2/3 oz (2cl) white rum
• 3 1/3 oz (10cl) apricot juice
• ¼ squeezed lime
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then pour in a glass and serve cold.
